EPIC School classes will be held at the The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. (also the location of the Imaging Expo). We have negotiated special rates at several hotels convenient to the convention center.

Please book your hotel rooms now. Once EPIC/Imaging USA sleeping room blocks are sold out—even if before the cutoff date—sleeping rooms/rates are not guaranteed. After they are sold out, rooms are subject to the hotel’s availability at prevailing room rates. All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a one-night deposit.

• *$182 (Single or Double) plus 9.25 % sales tax , $2.50 city tax and 6% occupancy tax

*These are the current prevailing government per diem rates.  In order to receive these rates, we require a valid government ID and government issued credit card upon check in.

The Gaylord Opryland™ Resort & Convention Center has a $10.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check in. This fee includes:

• Complimentary high-speed internet access in each guestroom
• Complimentary bottled water (2 per room, per day)
• Scheduled complex shuttle transportation
• Complimentary daily newspaper delivery (USA Today M-F/Tennessean Sat-Sun)
• Complimentary local phone calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)
• Complimentary toll-free and credit card calls up to 20 minutes($.10/minute thereafter)
• Complimentary access to the fitness center in Relâche, The Spa at Gaylord Opryland
